The views were spectacular, easily accessible parking, great proximity to Southbank and city, well-maintained apartment, comfortable beds, ample cupboard space.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel's location is unbeatable. I loved being able to walk to great restaurants and Moomba festival. The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the pool. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, and the welcome basket in my room was a lovely touch.

The location was super convenient, with everything we needed just a short walk away. Crown casino was only a 2-minute walk from here, and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. The concierge was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Great View and Location, Quality Apartment

During our recent city trip, we had a great experience at the apartment we stayed in. We loved the amazing view that we could see right from our window. It was a treat to wake up to such a beautiful sight every morning. We also appreciated how convenient the location was, as we were able to easily get to all the key locations we wanted to visit during our trip. Additionally, the quality of the apartment itself was top-notch, with modern and comfortable amenities that made our stay very enjoyable.

There were a few negatives that we experienced during our stay. Firstly, the check-in process was quite chaotic, with no one available on-site to check us in over the weekend. This caused quite a bit of stress for us, as we were threatened with a surcharge if we arrived late. Additionally, the customer service from the hosts was quite poor, with little communication and delays in addressing any issues we faced. our stay was enjoyable, but we do hope that the check-in process and customer service can be improved for future visitors.

We had a great business trip, located in the heart of the city, this apartment was perfect for us. the kitchen facilities were great and Foxtel was a bonus. Our apartment was spacious with a comfy bed and an exceptional view of the city. the location is unbeatable with fantastic restaurants and entertainment nearby.

One of the power sockets didn't work properly which could have been a WHS issue.
